Adjacent to an architecturally tired building, the Client for the project required an extension to accommodate further bedrooms for their hotel, as well as providing office space at ground floor and basement level for their own company Head Offices. The spatial requirements of the brief are contained within this confined area of the site and introduce higher quality architecture.
